GAR is considered one of the finest, safest and most well equipped facilities in the country. Our coaches are former national and world champions who are respected throughout the gymnastic industry for their personal athletic accomplishments, as well as their coaching successes. We are proud of this reputation and work hard to exceed it every day. Our coaches, directors and staff receive continuing education in all aspects of their careers. We encourage your participation in your child’s education as well as the progressive improvement in our Academy.

My journey at Gymnastics Academy of Rockford began in 2019 when I stepped into the role of Camp Director. My connection to the gym, however, goes back much further—my brother Brandon has been an athlete here since he was little, so GAR has always felt like home. After my son was born in March 2021, I joined the front desk team, which led to becoming General Manager shortly after. Life took an unexpected but amazing turn in July 2022 when I became the proud owner of Gymnastics Academy of Rockford.

I was born and raised locally, growing up with my mom, step-dad, and three brothers. I graduated from Hononegah High School and earned my online degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. Today, I’m married to my wonderful husband, and together we have a 4 year old son, a 21 month old daughter, and two incredible step-sons. I love spending my summers at our seasonal camper, enjoying time with family and friends.

At GAR, my mission is to provide a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space where athletes of all ages can grow—not only in their gymnastics skills but also in confidence, character, and life lessons. I strive to create an environment where every member feels valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. Our culture is built on teamwork, positivity, and celebrating every milestone big or small because every success is worth recognizing.
