Flip Flop Only
Ready to flip your tumbling to the next level? This high-energy class is all about mastering the flip flop—the key to unlocking a flawless back handspring! Through fun drills and progressive techniques, you’ll build the strength, speed, and confidence to execute your back handspring with power and control.
We’ll focus on everything from perfect foot placement and hip drive to core strength, all while breaking down the back handspring into easy, step-by-step progressions. With hands-on spotting and targeted exercises, you’ll have the tools to master your back handspring safely and effectively.

Meet The Program Director
Chelsey Bradley
My name is Chelsey Bradley and I am the Recreational Director here at GAR. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the gymnastics and tumbling industry. Passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain healthy lifestyles, I also play a key role in the backend operations of the organization. I manage scheduling, staffing, and oversee recreational coaches, ensuring high-quality service and development for every athlete.

Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated mother of four active children, often found at their practices or cheering them on at games and competitions. Alongside my husband, Errick Bradley, we are committed to making a positive impact in our community, striving to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
